F/T Trainer/Quality Assurance (Garner, NC) Assists Plant Manager with the development of training process and documents, including training of all team members at plant to assure production of quality product. Assists Training Manager in training all team members in process flow in CMP and Press. Communicates product process specifications and qualify specifications to Machine Operators, Shift Leaders, and Inspectors. Assists Training Manager in training all team members on product specifications and concepts. Conducts training sessions to ensure all team members have comparable knowledge levels. Assists Plant Manager with developing and creating training documents for all positions. Assists with facilitating new operator process and quality training. Assists Training Manager with documenting processes and performing training to ensure all plant shifts have equivalent skills. Suggests and implements process and changeover improvements at the direction of the Plant Manager. Assists in Quality troubleshooting with Shift Leaders and Machine Operators. Assures consistency through training across all shifts. Assists Training Manager with the development of inter-company relationships for training, new product introductions, and quality issue communications. Assists in training of additional shifts as additional output is needed to assure consistent products and processes with all team members. Provides quality assurance verification for third party suppliers, qualifying vendor production as company representation at third party locations, as necessary. Must have 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Inspection, and/or Trainer positions in the manufacturing field.
