We want to train you on our product and services so that you can go out and provide energy efficient insulation solutions to our Raleigh and surrounding markets.
Spray Foam Genie is a family owned company, who over the past 16 years has served over 3500 homes, saving over 3.
5 million dollars in energy across the country.
In this role you would be helping to provide solutions for energy efficient homes, positively impacting the environment and people's quality of life.
Spray Foam Genie is brand new to the Raleigh market, so this is an incredible opportunity for you to get in at the ground level in one of the fastest growing cities in America.
Key Responsibilities Generate leads and exceed sales goals.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Prepare quotes and pricing schedules Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote company programs.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintain client records and answer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability Attend a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.
Job Requirements Must have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics Must have a commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using computers and different software applications High School or Equivalent Education Sales
