We are a counseling practice and wellness studio offering an integrative approach to wellness through a wide variety of services.
We work with patients in-person and virtually empowering them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to optimize their health and mental health.
We strongly believe that emotional well-being and physical health are linked.
Therefore, we offer a multidisciplinary team of providers to help our clients.
In addition to psychotherapy, we provide yoga, small group fitness, personal training, massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, and nutrition counseling all here at Mind & Body Therapeutic Connections.
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant who is warm, personable, reliable, professional, passionate about helping people, and and a team player.
An individual with experience working in the behavioral health field is preferred.
We are looking for someone who can work independently on a wide array of assigned tasks.
Additional Details The Office Administrator will be expected to work at the office, Monday through Friday (minimum of 35 hours per week) Hours of availability is mostly 9am-5pm, with some flexibility They will be responsible for new client intakes which includes answering and returning calls, engaging in email correspondence, and coordinating with our billing specialist and team of providers.
Someone who is familiar with utilizing Electronic Health Records and/or scheduling systems is a definite plus.
Must be comfortable with sitting for extended periods of time.
Must be able, on occasion, to lift, move, transport, and set-up objects weighing up to 50 pounds within the office.
A warm nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Looking for efficiency, a quick learner, ability to focus and multi-task effectively.
Social media and/or marketing skills could be beneficial also.
Willingness to effectively complete or assist in any task assigned.
