What's on the Menu:
Support Accounting/Admin Manager and team with general accounting, travel arrangements, and other duties as needed.
Responsible for recording expenses and reconciling the general ledger.
Answer and screens telephone calls & e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.
Proactively assist in addressing customer service and delivery issues.
Create/update support documents for Quality Control Center.
Provide administrative support for the Quality Control Center team (mailing, copying, filing, faxing and other administrative duties).
Order and monitor office supplies.
Critical Ingredients:
Ability to read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English required.
Proficient experience required with computer applications including Microsoft Office 365 programs.
Working knowledge of Oracle and/or PeopleSoft preferred.
General Accounting knowledge, preferred.
Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
Screening requirements:
Criminal Background Check required.
Education, Experience & Certifications High school diploma required; some college is preferred Two (2) to four (4) years' experience required Functional Skills Analytical Skills:
