Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain office files and records in both physical and electronic formats - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Assist with event planning and coordination - Serve as a personal assistant to the Owner Requirements:
- Previous experience working with scheduling programs - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
