The Biorepository Manager is responsible for the development and management of staff within a focused functional area.
This role is focused on exceeding expectations of both internal and external customer groups while ensuring continuous improvement in procedures, processes, and technology.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Supervise employees; lead regular meetings with direct reports related to day-to-day activities.
Conduct interviews and assessments for potential and new hires, assign training and onboarding processes.
Conduct regular performance reviews for all staff; design and deliver on consistent developmental plans for staff.
Interface with customers and with sales to clearly identify handling and storage requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, oversee investigations, facilitate customer audits, and conducts audit tours.
Maintain the inventory management system as it applies to functional area of focus.
Authors procedures and assists in the development in department policies.
Education, Experience and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus 6
Years of relevant industry experience 4
Years of supervisory experience GMP/GDP and ISO 9001 proficient Honesty, integrity, and confidentiality Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize and solve problems.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and time management skills.
Proficient with Windows Office suite and database management Job Type:
